About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of HR systems with a focus on AI-based solutions
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation in processes such as recruiting, performance, engagement, learning and people analytics
- Act as a bridge between HR, IT and business areas, translating needs into scalable solutions
- Design and implement digital products centered on the employee experience
- Define architecture and development standards for agents (AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, etc.)
- Use data to generate strategic insights and support organizational decision-making
- Evaluate, implement and integrate new HR technologies and platforms
- Ensure governance, ethics and responsible use of AI applied to people
Requirements
- Strong experience programming in Java, including developing robust and scalable applications.
- Familiarity with key AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, among others, and the ability to implement cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to business, engineering best practices and prompt engineering.
- Prior experience with LLMs and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Bedrock or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Solid software engineering experience (APIs, microservices, distributed architecture).
- Ability to navigate between technical and business areas.
- Innovative, hands-on profile with strategic thinking.
- Experience with advanced People Analytics.
- Knowledge of automation tools and generative AI.
- Experience working in agile environments.
