- Develop mechanisms to improve the developer experience during test adoption
- Drive initiatives in application performance, capacity planning, and performance testing
- Lead strategic agendas with executive directorates (Engineering)
- Build, engage, report, monitor, and execute actions that strengthen the area’s objectives
- Create and maintain an up-to-date strategy aligned with strategic objectives and OKRs
