Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Master's or PhD will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in statistical modeling and Machine Learning techniques, including handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Experience with Python, SQL, Spark, and tools for data processing and analysis.
- Familiarity with new technologies such as Deep Learning and Generative AI, with an interest in exploring innovative solutions.
- Motivation to work in a multidisciplinary team, developing solutions applied to different stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Knowledge of classification models applied to credit granting.
- Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience or interest in fine-tuning language models and building multi-agent solutions for conversational tools.
