About the role
- Senior Cloud Engineer in IT consultancy specializing in Microsoft Azure and cloud security solutions. Engage in client projects and enhance cloud infrastructures with innovative services.
Responsibilities
- You independently lead client projects focused on designing and implementing cloud infrastructures and the subsequent evolution of those systems.
- You provision new cloud resources and services in Azure through appropriate automation.
- You drive innovative topics related to cloud and support internally in building out our cloud and cloud security portfolio.
- You optimize existing cloud infrastructures by performing performance analyses, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing appropriate adjustments.
Requirements
- You have expert knowledge in designing, integrating, and operating cloud infrastructures on Microsoft Azure.
- You have solid experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Azure Bicep or OpenTofu) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes or Nomad).
- You use automation tools (e.g., GitLab, GitHub, or Azure DevOps) as part of your daily workflow.
- You have experience with scripting/programming languages (e.g., Bash or Python).
- You hold or plan to obtain cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional or Microsoft AZ-305).
- You have experience working on client projects and managing internal project teams.
