Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of three years of account management or customer-facing experience.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Understanding of clinic-based business practices.
Ability to learn proprietary software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
