About the role

Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day operations in the Gasoline TS group.
- Administratively managing technical specialists and monitoring global group activities.
- Scheduling customer accountabilities and projects.
- Coordinating internal support of the UPT, LST and STS Business Groups.
- Accountable for performance and salary planning for direct reports.
- Coordinate work process development for efficient use of resources.
- Work with other TS managers towards standardization of group outputs.
- Monitor compliance to established work processes and maintain group metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology service, engineering, process operations or design engineering role within the refining, petrochemical or gas processing industry is required.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while collaborating effectively across disciplines.
- Ability to travel up to 20% annually to both domestic and international sites. Most travel can be scheduled and planned in advance.
- A strong knowledge and operating experience of some or all of the following technologies: CCR Platforming, Fixed Bed Platforming, Penex, Butamer, Par-Isom, InAlk, Naphtha Hydrotreating and CatPoly.
