About the role
- Lead Engineer for avionics systems development supporting Bombardier M222 Applications with customer interaction and systems integration responsibilities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive program success.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, implement integration solutions and generate target builds
- Strong knowledge AFCS, FMS, Displays systems development activities and systems integration of various sub systems on target hardware
- Support the development, integration, testing activities of avionics solutions to meet program requirements
- Lead coordination with product groups and customer focals and be a liaison to the customers by owning the technical solution of the program.
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and has the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Possesses strong knowledge of avionics architecture, Model based development(MBD) processes and tools
Requirements
- Must Have:
- Bachelors or Masters in Electric/Electronics/Computers/Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience working various application areas supporting avionics functions or in aerospace systems engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in systems definition, requirements capture, systems test procedures and reviews.
