About the role
- Electric Power Design Engineer designing and developing mechanical technologies for aerospace. Collaborating with teams to enhance the reliability of sustainable aerospace technologies.
Responsibilities
- Electronic hardware design, manufacturing support, assembly, modelling, and simulation (Mentor Graphics, PSpice and other simulation tools)
- Design of power electronics up to 1000 V DC
- Technical documentation preparation
- Test cases development, tests execution
- Close collaboration with other team disciplines (mechanical team, software team, FPGA, …)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Electronic design area for Power Electronics, Power Electronics Digital Control, Electronic signal sensing, Electronic signal processing or other relevant area
- System level thinking to allow Power electronics component and sub-system integration, HW/SW integration activities
- Masters or higher Degree in Electric Power engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain Act No. 250/2021 Coll. (zákon č. 250/2021 Sb.)
- Experience with HW assembly & integration
- Experience in embedded systems
- Experience with creating technical documentation
- English at B2 level or higher
