About the role

  • Principal Infrastructure Project Manager overseeing key urban infrastructure projects in Melbourne. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver community-responsive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and planning oversight and coordination of infrastructure project delivery
  • Apply well established project management skills and effectively lead project development and delivery activities
  • Provide advice on infrastructure funding and delivery approaches to support State Government implementation and administration of the Fishermans Bend Development Contributions Plan
  • Champion and oversee delivery of a range of infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate and negotiate with precinct delivery partners and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Project Management, Development or Engineering or related field
  • Experience in project management and delivery of infrastructure projects, in an urban renewal context
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and engagement and partnership approaches to delivery
