About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage Teva's operational Information Security team, supporting cloud environments, production/OT systems, and legacy operating platforms.
- Lead, mentor and scale high-performing international security teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Protect Teva's digital operational assets from advanced cyber threats, including APT groups and nation-state adversaries.
- Leverage AI and automation to optimize security platform operations, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making.
- Own architecture and operations across the security stack; CNAPP, EDR, SASE, PAM, IAM, WAF, and NAC.
- Secure hybrid environments spanning cloud (AZURE, AWS), OT/IIoT, regulated manufacturing, and legacy operating system.
- Ensure compliance with GxP and regulated industry requirements while maintaining operational agility.
- Communicate security strategy, posture, and risk effectively to the C-suite and senior business leaders.
- Establish KPI and metrics that reflect meaningful security outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of director-level cybersecurity leadership across architecture, engineering and operations.
- Proven success in building, developing, and retaining elite security talent
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with CISO, CIO, and senior stakeholders.
- CISSP, CISA, or equivalent professional certification
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure security; working knowledge of AWS and multi-cloud environments.
- Proven DevSecOps and application security experience (SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST, RASP).
- Familiarity with OT, IIOT and IoT security within regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience integrating AI and automation into security platforms and operational processes.
