Responsibilities
- Review and monitor revenue performance and key subscription metrics (Gross Adds, Churn, ARPU).
- Act as a business partner to commercial, sales, and operational teams, providing visibility and actionable insights.
- Own the budgeting and forecasting process for your assigned businesses (KPIs, Revenue, EBITDA, Cashflow).
- Prepare and present the Monthly Business Review deck to the executive team.
- Implement headcount reporting and forecasting to support hiring decisions.
- Identify business risks, propose mitigation plans, and set up monitoring tools.
- Drive cost awareness and control, tracking synergies during integration of new acquisitions.
- Collaborate with the finance team on the evolution of our budgeting/forecasting tools.
- Support the rollout of our new ERP system (NetSuite) by reviewing processes, identifying improvements, and working with local finance teams.
- Reinforce internal controls, especially around revenue recognition.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and collaborate with the Data team on DWH validation and reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication in English (French, Italian, or German is a plus).
- Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable working in an international environment.
- Experience with subscription-based models and the IT sector is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
