Mentoring junior team members through talent labs and workshops
Requirements
A track record in senior-level hiring (senior manager/director+), ideally within tech, marketing, media or agency settings.
Experience in internal recruitment or RPO environments
Advanced headhunting & strategic sourcing skills
Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders, including directors and board level.
Comfortable with recruitment data - You know how to turn hiring metrics into actionable insight
Proactive & adaptable mindset to hiring challenges
