About the role

Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end hiring across the UK, with a focus on senior roles
  • Building trusted relationships with hiring managers, offering coaching and strategic hiring advice
  • Delivering insightful recruitment data & analytics to drive change
  • Partnering with the wider people team on projects that shape our people-first culture
  • Mentoring junior team members through talent labs and workshops

Requirements

  • A track record in senior-level hiring (senior manager/director+), ideally within tech, marketing, media or agency settings.
  • Experience in internal recruitment or RPO environments
  • Advanced headhunting & strategic sourcing skills
  • Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders, including directors and board level.
  • Comfortable with recruitment data - You know how to turn hiring metrics into actionable insight
  • Proactive & adaptable mindset to hiring challenges
