About the role

  • Develop sales forecasts
  • Coordinate product flow from suppliers to European warehouses
  • Conduct country-level analyses to improve forecast accuracy
  • Prepare and lead monthly Demand Reviews
  • Manage procurement and ensure appropriate stock levels
  • Maintain supply/procurement parameters
  • Anticipate and resolve supplier-related disruptions
  • Coordinate urgent shipments with relevant stakeholders
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, preferably in sales forecasting
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) required
  • Proficient with IT tools (office software and ERP)
  • Detail-oriented, autonomous, and organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with a readiness to propose improvements
  • Strong analytical and forward-planning skills
