Responsibilities
- Develop sales forecasts
- Coordinate product flow from suppliers to European warehouses
- Conduct country-level analyses to improve forecast accuracy
- Prepare and lead monthly Demand Reviews
- Manage procurement and ensure appropriate stock levels
- Maintain supply/procurement parameters
- Anticipate and resolve supplier-related disruptions
- Coordinate urgent shipments with relevant stakeholders
- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, preferably in sales forecasting
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) required
- Proficient with IT tools (office software and ERP)
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive with a readiness to propose improvements
- Strong analytical and forward-planning skills
