About the role

  • Credit Controller responsible for managing customer accounts and collecting debts at InPost UK. Ensuring strong client relationships and timely debt collection in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts ensuring timely and effective collection of outstanding debt
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers where required
  • Support other commercial teams with project work where necessary

Requirements

  • Experience in Credit Control or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clientele
