About the role

  • Senior Director leading strategic transformation of workforce operations for enGen. Establishing frameworks for financial oversight and workforce planning with significant enterprise-level value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic transformation and optimization of workforce operations across enGen
  • Establish robust frameworks for tracking hours, managing financial allocations, and ensuring efficient resource deployment
  • Partner closely with Business Operations function in Finance for key financial metrics, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for tracking all workforce hours and financial allocations
  • Drive end-to-end transformation initiatives for workforce operations

Requirements

  • 10 years of Management or leadership role
  • 10 years of experience in two or more significant business or operational functions
  • 10 years of experience with operations service monitoring technology for workforce planning capabilities
  • 7 years of determining performance metrics, performance monitoring reports, remediation plans and related management controls
  • 5 years of experience working or supporting a large financial segment
