About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the full-funnel growth engine (outbound and inbound);
  • Develop ABM/ABO strategies in partnership with the Sales team;
  • Create and execute outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls);
  • Optimize inbound conversion (website, forms, CRO);
  • Implement automations, lead scoring and nurturing journeys;
  • Qualify leads and improve handoff to Sales;
  • Analyze performance across the funnel and continuously optimize results.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS Growth Marketing
  • Experience in sales-led models (Mid-Market, €10–100k ACV)
  • Strong data orientation, testing mindset, and continuous improvement
  • Hands-on, autonomous profile with a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier
  • Knowledge of outbound, inbound, automation and analytics
  • Fluent in English (Spanish, French or Portuguese are a plus).
