About the role

  • Junior/ Mid-Level Officer in the CIB Legal Documentation & Collaterals Unit within Eurobank's Group Loan Administration. Support corporate bilateral financing documentation and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of approved lending and collateral requests for Corporate Banking clients.
  • Prepare, review, and monitor financing documentation in collaboration with all parties involved (Customer, RMs, Internal Legal Department)
  • Process amendments, waivers, and other contractual updates, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Register and update loan contract data and collaterals (e.g. pledges, mortgages, insurance policies, property valuations) in the Bank’s systems.
  • Collecting contractual documents and collateral information for internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in legal documentation, corporate lending, or loan administration (experience in banking is an asset).
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Law, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; postgraduate studies considered a plus.
  • Have excellent command of English and Greek (both in writing and verbally).
  • Possess strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communicational skills, agility and a team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Show attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
