Responsibilities
Analyze business needs, support implementation teams, and ensure the successful delivery of functional solutions.

Assist in documenting business and technical requirements for new or enhanced services.
Work alongside IT teams to ensure that developed solutions align with business requirements.
Support the translation of business needs into technical specifications.
Participate in the development and execution of test scenarios to validate that solutions meet documented requirements.
Contribute to the creation of user guides and training materials to facilitate the adoption of new system features.
Provide support to end-users during the implementation of new functionalities.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor or higher degree (focus on Business Administration, Finance, Product Development, IT or a related field).
Have 5-10 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in the customer management framework for both individuals and legal entities.
Knowledge of deposit products/services.
Well-versed in regulatory compliance requirements related to customer on boarding and maintenance (e.g., KYC, Customer Due Diligence).
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient of the MS Office suite (incl. Visio, Microsoft project).
Familiar with development methodologies (waterfall & scrum/agile methodology).
Fluent in Greek & English language.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude.
