- Have 5-10 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in the customer management framework for both individuals and legal entities.
- Knowledge of deposit products/services.
- Well-versed in regulatory compliance requirements related to customer on boarding and maintenance (e.g., KYC, Customer Due Diligence).
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient of the MS Office suite (incl. Visio, Microsoft project).
- Familiar with development methodologies (waterfall & scrum/agile methodology).
- Fluent in Greek & English language.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude.
