Associate role at Endeavor, supporting high-impact entrepreneurs in Ukraine's ecosystem. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to strengthen entrepreneurial initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead the identification and evaluation of high-potential scale-up companies for Endeavor selection
Conduct in-depth due diligence on candidate companies (business model analysis, market assessment, founder evaluation)
Build and maintain relationships with portfolio entrepreneurs, serving as their primary point of contact
Design and deliver customized support programs addressing specific entrepreneur needs (fundraising, internationalization, talent, strategy)
Facilitate connections between entrepreneurs and relevant mentors, investors, and corporate partners
Coordinate entrepreneur engagement across Endeavor's global network
Track entrepreneur progress and identify opportunities for deeper support
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen Ukraine's entrepreneurial ecosystem
Build partnerships with key stakeholders: investors, corporations, government, accelerators, and educational institutions
Organize and moderate high-impact events (founder dinners, masterclasses, panel discussions)
Represent Endeavor at ecosystem events and conferences
Contribute to ecosystem research and thought leadership
Identify and recruit mentors, board members, and advisors for Endeavor entrepreneurs
Manage mentor relationships and facilitate meaningful connections with founders
Expand Endeavor's network of international partners and resources
Connect Ukrainian entrepreneurs with Endeavor's global network (50 markets)
Contribute to Endeavor Ukraine's strategic planning and goal-setting
Track and report on key metrics (entrepreneur progress, network growth, ecosystem impact)
Collaborate with global Endeavor offices on cross-border initiatives
Support fundraising and partnership development efforts
Requirements
Mush-have 5+ years of professional experience in venture capital, private equity, consulting, startup operations, or business development
Strong business acumen and analytical skills – ability to assess business models, market opportunities, and growth strategies
Proven track record of building relationships with senior executives and entrepreneurs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mentality (get-things-done)
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity & a high level of autonomy
Deep passion for supporting entrepreneurs and building the Ukrainian ecosystem
Nice-to-have Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
Existing network in Ukraine's tech/entrepreneurial ecosystem
Previous experience in ecosystem-building roles
International work experience
