Responsibilities
Development of project documentation to monitor and manage project movement, including (but not limited to); Project initiation and Business Case, Project Charter & Plan, Project Schedule, Budget & Resource Plan, Risk and Issues Register, Change Management Plan, Status Reports
Manage external providers, by developing contracts, collaborating on project deliverables, and ensuring quality
Develop and maintain collaborative and effective relationships with internal stakeholders
Initiate and facilitate workshops as required to assist with the definition of requirements and design of solutions
Proactively identify risks and issues on the project and facilitate mitigation/resolution
Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools
Regularly monitor and report on progress to all key stakeholders
Requirements
2-3 years demonstrated experience in managing projects on a large spectrum, or similar experience as a project co-ordinator
2-3 years of workers compensation or claims management experience preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodology would be highly advantageous
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Strong stakeholder management abilities
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
