Responsibilities
- Development of project documentation to monitor and manage project movement, including (but not limited to); Project initiation and Business Case, Project Charter & Plan, Project Schedule, Budget & Resource Plan, Risk and Issues Register, Change Management Plan, Status Reports
- Manage external providers, by developing contracts, collaborating on project deliverables, and ensuring quality
- Develop and maintain collaborative and effective relationships with internal stakeholders
- Initiate and facilitate workshops as required to assist with the definition of requirements and design of solutions
- Proactively identify risks and issues on the project and facilitate mitigation/resolution
- Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools
- Regularly monitor and report on progress to all key stakeholders
Requirements
- 2-3 years demonstrated experience in managing projects on a large spectrum, or similar experience as a project co-ordinator
- 2-3 years of workers compensation or claims management experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodology would be highly advantageous
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
