  • Parts Interpreter assisting customers with inquiries about auto parts for Ford, Hyundai, and more. Engaging in customer service and team collaboration within the parts department.

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer phone calls and interpreting parts - Internal and External
  • Attending to customers efficiently and courteously
  • Providing quotes for repair enquiries
  • Assigning parts to job orders

Requirements

  • Valid Australian Licence (Experience in driving a manual vehicle desired)
  • Honest and reliable, with a 'can do attitude'
  • Ability to solve problems and prioritise work flow
  • Meets deadlines and remains calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead and work well within a small team
  • A passion for the automotive industry
