Responsibilities
Develop Cafeyn distribution agreements with public institutions (libraries, cultural institutions, universities)
Prospect and source new partnerships
Own the full sales cycle: build business cases, pitch Cafeyn’s value proposition, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, and close deals
Manage relationships with public institutions, identify new commercial opportunities, and renew contracts
Contribute to vertical expertise by collecting market intelligence, competitor insights, and best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams to structure deals and ensure aligned execution
Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales
Experience with B2B distribution models
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
Ability to manage multi-stakeholder, cross-functional processes
Solid understanding of pipeline management, qualification frameworks, and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a strong asset
