About the role

Requirements
- 15+ years in IT services
- significant experience in large-scale transitions
- proven experience transitioning managed services in banking or financial services
- strong background in applications and data management
- demonstrated experience handling transitions from incumbent providers
- expertise in transition methodologies, governance, and risk management
- executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- calm and decisive under pressure
- strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- understanding of complex IT landscapes
- familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking
- experience with service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
