About the role

  • Engineer managing regulatory compliance for environmental installations in diverse industries. Working with multidisciplinary teams while handling environmental impact studies and direct client relations.

Responsibilities

  • Based at our engineering office in Lyon, you will join a team specializing in environmental and industrial risk.
  • Our office supports a range of clients across multiple sectors, assisting them with regulatory and environmental issues.
  • You will work on a variety of projects in collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams and in direct contact with clients.
  • In this role you will play a key part in:
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance of ICPE (classified installations for environmental protection) in the energy sector and other industries
  • Conducting environmental impact studies and preparing ICPE authorization dossiers
  • Performing compliance audits and proposing action plans to address non-conformities
  • Supporting operational teams in implementing regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and anticipating changes in standards applicable to facilities.

Requirements

  • You hold an engineering degree with a specialization in environmental engineering, industrial safety, or an equivalent qualification
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience managing ICPE matters, ideally in the energy sector or other industrial sectors
  • You have a thorough command of ICPE regulations and the associated administrative procedures
  • You have a good understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) issues and industrial risk
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills, rigor, and autonomy in managing your assignments
