About the role

Responsibilities
- Validating clients autonomous software through real-world vehicle testing, simulation testing, and data analysis
- Field Tester II includes all Field Tester I responsibilities with additional involvement in simulation testing and basic data collection and analysis
- Mentally and physically comfortable learning how to operate and test construction/heavy equipment during a two-week on-site ramp-up period
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software/hardware testing, validation, or quality assurance
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or similar) for test automation and data analysis
- Experience in troubleshooting complex system behaviors in real-world and simulation environments
- Strong ability to identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
