About the role

  • E-business project manager for Puig focusing on independent retailers, enhancing digital performance and reporting metrics. Engaging with partners and driving strategy in the luxury beauty market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and optimize the e-business performance of independent retailers, ensuring implementation of annual plans.
  • Produce monthly reports: independent retailer performance, SimilarWeb, Dataseekers, and retailer stock reports.
  • Analyze SimilarWeb and KCP data on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare presentation materials for recurring meetings: BUM meetings and independent retailer launch meetings.
  • Ensure consistency between CCFs and e‑retail files.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for independent retailers on all e-business topics.
  • Monitor and follow the E-KAM digital plan for independent retailers.
  • Each month, purchase and analyze approximately 10 products as part of gray market monitoring.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (business school or equivalent) with a specialization in marketing, digital or commerce.
  • Experience in e‑retail within the luxury, beauty or premium consumer goods sectors.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and e-retail levers.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with reporting tools, financial rigor and an ROI-driven mindset.
  • Strong sensitivity to aesthetics, execution quality and the image of luxury brands.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English. Dutch is a plus.
