About the role

  • Test Manager responsible for managing technical planning and execution of customer projects at Capgemini Engineering. Ensuring technical success and acting as a main interface with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership and management of technical planning and execution of customer projects (greenfield, swap, migration, software upgrades, etc.).
  • Preparation of the end-to-end high‑level technical delivery plan for the given solutions, including identifying required products/applications and local 3rd‑party HW/SW needs.
  • Ensuring adherence to Scope of Work across all technical domains.
  • Contribution to ensuring that feature specifications align with the defined reference architecture.
  • Management of Domain Technical Managers and Architects.
  • Ownership of technical issues, including resolution, reporting, and escalations.
  • Acting as the main technical interface with the customer.
  • Providing technical support to the Project Manager.
  • Interface with R&D teams as necessary.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Telecommunications (operator or provider).
  • 5+ years of experience with Nokia products and solutions.
  • 5+ years in a technical management position (Packet Core, IMS, or SDM).
  • Project Management qualification.
  • General E2E understanding of: 3GPP standards, 5G networks, Call flows, Telecom network interfaces.
  • Specific knowledge/experience with Nokia or equivalent operator solutions such as: CMG, CMM, CFX, NTAS, Voice/Core.
  • Higher Education degree (BA, BSc, BEng, MA, MSc, MEng, PhD, or equivalent).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Fluent French (mandatory).
