About the role
- Technical Product Manager responsible for Salesforce, Chargebee, and integrations at a Berlin-based healthtech startup. Collaborating with teams to enable reliable systems and work processes.
Responsibilities
- Own internal platforms, integrations, automations, and data flows (excluding BI)
- Own Salesforce and Chargebee as products, including objects, flows and automations
- Define, prioritize, and drive internal system improvements
- Structure, filter, and prioritize internal requests for Engineering
- Write clear technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and integration tests
- Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Chargebee and internal systems
- Own Zapier processes and integration architecture
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product, Engineering, or a Technical Product Manager role
- Strong technical background in backend systems, APIs, and integrations
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks and event-driven architectures
- Worked directly with Salesforce, Chargebee, Zapier, and similar SaaS tools
- Comfortable working closely with engineers, DevOps, and QA teams
- Translate business needs into precise technical requirements and priorities
- Communicate clearly, manage stakeholders effectively, and prioritize confidently
- Business-fluent in English (min. C1); German is a plus.
