Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in a health plan, payer organization and/or health system
- Ideal experience as a Technical Product Management or similar role
- Experience in healthcare domains including Customer Engagement and Health Services Delivery
- Proven experience translating complex business needs into clear problem statements
- Experience with agile product management frameworks and tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
