About the role
- UX/Product Designer responsible for creating intuitive user experiences for next-gen AI product at Sogeti. Collaborating with designers and stakeholders to design effective solutions and improve workflows.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, technical team and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals
- Apply findings from usability testing and user research to iterate and improve the user experience
- Create user-centred designs based on business requirements and user feedback
- Design lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes and clickable prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Ensure consistency with design systems (Hinge and Axis) and maintain high standards of usability and accessibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/Product Designer, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and working within large design systems.
- Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for complex applications.
- Solid understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Ability to guide design decisions across multidisciplinary teams.
