About the role

  • Management Consultant at Capgemini Invent driving supply chain planning transformations. Leading engagements to implement advanced planning capabilities and guiding global stakeholders through digital transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact engagements to design and implement advanced planning capabilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and drive business and digital transformation across global supply chains
  • Guide clients through complex challenges, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution
  • Create sustainable value that positions clients for long-term growth and resilience

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning
  • At least 5 years in a consulting or advisory role
  • Proven experience in management consulting analysis, assessments, roadmaps, and design phases
  • Strong understanding of integrated business planning (IBP), demand/supply planning, and inventory optimization
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or Blue Yonder
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or relevant Master’s preferred)
