About the role

Responsibilities
- Drive the digital transformation of industry — and put your ideas into practice!
- Lead (sub-)projects from analysis through to successful rollout
- Prepare functional specifications and manage implementation together with the client
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops to advance new ideas
- Identify opportunities, position projects with existing and new clients, and support proposal preparation
- Contribute to the training and development of our consulting junior staff
Requirements
- Degree in (business) informatics/computer science, business administration, or a natural science with an IT focus
- Professional experience in IT consulting or industry, ideally in sectors such as mechanical & plant engineering, healthcare, or automotive
- Experience with IT-related consulting topics and the software development process, and enthusiasm for designing IT solutions that optimally support business processes
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Digital Services, Industrial IoT, shopfloor integration, or Artificial Intelligence
- Confident presence, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel depending on the project, a high level of commitment, and very good German and English language skills
