About the role

  • Management Consultant leading supply chain transformation for global organizations. Driving strategic engagements to enhance planning capabilities and deliver measurable cost reductions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic engagements to optimize planning capabilities, design target operating models, and deliver measurable cost reductions
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, mentor teams, and drive transformation initiatives that create sustainable impact and long-term growth

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain transformation, with at least 5 years in a consulting or advisory role
  • Proven experience in management consulting analysis, assessments, roadmaps, and design phases
  • Strong understanding of integrated business planning (IBP), demand/supply planning, and inventory optimization
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or Blue Yonder
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or relevant Master’s preferred)
  • Ability to travel up to 75% (or as needed) to client site
