About the role

  • Finance Transition Project Manager steering transition projects and providing expert advisory services to clients globally. Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to implement strategies for technology and process adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end business transformation and transition projects for global clients, ensuring successful delivery against defined objectives and timelines
  • Execute transition projects with precision while providing expert advisory services to clients throughout the transition process
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external client stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and minimize disruption
  • Work closely with Change Management specialists to develop strategies that facilitate adoption of new processes and ways of working
  • Design comprehensive transition strategies and roadmaps tailored to specific client needs and business contexts
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in the transition process and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular progress updates
  • Measure and report on transition progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure project success

Requirements

  • Min 3 years’ experience in Project Management and proven track of Transition Management projects delivery
  • Experience in Project Management (project management certification will be an asset)
  • Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices, supported by delivering projects in given area
  • Experience in planning, managing and executing the overall/part of a transition program for various Function/s including stakeholders’ management, risk management, overall project management
  • Ability to participate in review project proposals to determine approach, goals, milestones, timeframes, procedures, transition resources for the transition program
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ensure effective communication between key stakeholders groups for each transition (Project Team, Function Leadership, Local site management, GBS Management, GBS Knowledge Transfer Teams)
  • Fluency in English is a must
