• DevOps Engineer developing and optimizing software solutions for Capgemini Engineering, a leader in engineering services. Collaborating within a global team to solve complex problems and implement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications within the area of Software Engineering.
• Apply scientific methods to analyze and solve complex software engineering problems.
• Participate in research, design, development, and maintenance activities, ensuring best practices in software engineering.
• Exercise independent judgment and original thinking while supervising technical and administrative tasks of other engineers when needed.
• Continuously build skills and expertise to meet standard expectations for the role, as defined in Professional Communities.
• Collaborate effectively with other software engineers and stakeholders, acting as a proactive team player.

Requirements

• From 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in software development.
• Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and development principles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, delivering accurate and reliable results.
• Skilled in handling a variety of tasks and problems, applying knowledge effectively.
• Strong time management skills to meet mid-term objectives and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with a positive impact on project performance.
• Capable of making informed decisions based on situational understanding, not just predefined rules.
