- Cyber Security Advisor generating innovative solutions and advising CxOs on transformation deals at Capgemini. Develop partnerships and represent the advisory team at the board level.
Responsibilities
- Apply your technical knowledge and understanding to generate creative and innovative solutions for our clients.
- Develop deep relationships with CxO’s and advise on large-scale transformation deals and complex programmes to drive the growth agenda in Cyber Security.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external clients to maximise the benefits for all parties.
- Utilise critical thinking to generate innovative perspectives, applying knowledge of a range of technologies to identify improvement areas for our clients and opportunities for our business.
- Think creatively to transform client challenges into competitive technical propositions, that make Capgemini their preferred partner.
- Represent the CIS Advisory team internally and externally at a board level.
Requirements
- Proficiency in technical scoping, architecture design, and integration of security tools and processes.
- Familiarity with security control tools, identity management, and secure development practices.
- Defining and advising on technical strategies & designs according to cybersecurity best practices and ensuring they are deployed correctly in Cloud environments whilst championing automation.
- Highlight experience in multiple projects, that could include – cyber controls engineering, Security operations, Security DevOps and GRC.
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles, governance, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, GDPR, NIS2, etc.).
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, user-centric cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on thought leadership and solution development
