About the role

  • Cyber Security Advisor generating innovative solutions and advising CxOs on transformation deals at Capgemini. Develop partnerships and represent the advisory team at the board level.

Responsibilities

  • Apply your technical knowledge and understanding to generate creative and innovative solutions for our clients.
  • Develop deep relationships with CxO’s and advise on large-scale transformation deals and complex programmes to drive the growth agenda in Cyber Security.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external clients to maximise the benefits for all parties.
  • Utilise critical thinking to generate innovative perspectives, applying knowledge of a range of technologies to identify improvement areas for our clients and opportunities for our business.
  • Think creatively to transform client challenges into competitive technical propositions, that make Capgemini their preferred partner.
  • Represent the CIS Advisory team internally and externally at a board level.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in technical scoping, architecture design, and integration of security tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with security control tools, identity management, and secure development practices.
  • Defining and advising on technical strategies & designs according to cybersecurity best practices and ensuring they are deployed correctly in Cloud environments whilst championing automation.
  • Highlight experience in multiple projects, that could include – cyber controls engineering, Security operations, Security DevOps and GRC.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles, governance, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, GDPR, NIS2, etc.).
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable, user-centric cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on thought leadership and solution development
