About the role
- Physical Security Technology Manager overseeing design and implementation of security technologies across global offices. Collaborates with teams to ensure compliance and optimize security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for physical security technologies, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and visitor management systems
- Design and lead global initiatives to standardize, modernize, and optimize security technologies across all locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Facilities, IT, AV, Cybersecurity, and Operations on new builds, upgrades, and renovations
- Provide technical guidance to ensure system compatibility, performance, and compliance with regulatory and corporate security standards
- Manage external vendors responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring quality and consistency
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and внед adopting emerging and AI-driven security technologies
- Support global deployments through travel, ensuring consistent implementation standards.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Degree or certification in electronic engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security technology, including design, integration, installation, and vendor management
- Proven experience with access control systems, video management platforms, intrusion detection, and alarms
- Project management experience supporting builds, expansions, or renovations in international environments
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
- Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%).
