About the role
- SAP Technical Architect defining and evolving scalable SAP architectures for business goals. Partnering with stakeholders and guiding teams through implementations and best practices.
Responsibilities
- define and evolve end-to-end SAP architectures, translating business goals into scalable, secure solutions
- partner with stakeholders during bids and delivery, align designs across BTP, integration, and on-prem landscapes
- guide teams through key decisions
- champion best practices, quality and performance, mentor others, and contribute to our SAP community
- design and implement solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and economic viability
- define scope, software architecture, process design, and cost estimates for upcoming projects from the SAP solutions portfolio
- collaborate with the bid team to prepare and present project proposals for external clients
- analyze technological trends and advise stakeholders on the implementation of relevant SAP products and technologies
- lead a team of SAP consultants, fostering skill development and team growth
Requirements
- successfully completed at least one project as a Technical Architect/Technical Lead in an SAP environment
- strong technical background in ABAP and ABAP OO
- deep understanding of end-to-end business processes in enterprises and their mapping in S/4HANA, as well as all stages of a project’s lifecycle
- extensive knowledge of the SAP solutions portfolio
- awareness of new SAP products, including industry-specific solutions tailored to various sectors
- excellent communication and top-level presentation skills
- proficiency in English and/or German
