About the role

  • Principal Process Manager focusing on improving processes for Core Payment Platforms at Capital One. Leading initiatives, analyzing data, and collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on documenting, analyzing, and improving processes supporting Core Payment Platforms
  • Educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of processes
  • Lead or engage in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects
  • Effectively communicate and influence partners across multiple functional areas

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience
  • At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • 4+ years of Process Management experience (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience with Lucidchart (Preferred)
  • Process Management training and certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) (Preferred)
