Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to Enterprise Payments Product leadership, contextualizing risk and applying a risk-based mindset to prioritize efforts
- Advise and consult on key initiatives to modernize payment infrastructure and related processes and controls
- Develop and leverage key relationships with Product, Technology, Operations, Legal and Compliance to enable collaboration across the enterprise
- Identify and track issues and events to mitigate risk within Enterprise Payments, ensuring remediations are responsive to the event and executed timely
- Consult on change control efforts to ensure impacts are appropriately assessed, documented and implemented
- Advise business leaders on written and oral responses to audit and regulatory requests
- Routinely produce high impact reporting to inform business and risk leaders of key risk updates and to drive appropriate actions/escalations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of financial services risk management experience
- At least 3 years of payments operations experience
- At least 3 years of experience independently supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients
- 4+ years of financial services risk management experience preferred
- 3+ years of Project Management experience leading cross functional projects and programs preferred
- 3+ years of Process Management experience preferred
- 1+ years of People Management or Peer Coach experience preferred
- Certification within the payments industry (such as APRP, AAP) preferred
