Requirements
- UK-qualified lawyer (solicitor or CILEX) with approximately 1–3 years’ PQE
- Strong academic background in contract law principles with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment with a mix of commercial agreements
- Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at different levels
- Interest in the legal and regulatory landscape relevant to digital health and online services
