About the role

  • Account Manager overseeing sales activities and supporting partner growth in the assigned Italian regions. Develop business relationships and analyze Account data for performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve the sales targets for the assigned Partner.
  • Set and implement a mid-long term business plan to support Partners’ growth.
  • Develop new partners.
  • Develop and strengthen business relationship with the Partners and their organization.
  • Support the Partners in the development of the commercial proposal for complex deals.
  • Monitor and analyze the Account data (sell-out, stock etc.) and optimize continuous business performance
  • Analyze and prepare commercial and market intelligence documentation.
  • Participate together with the Partners to main negotiations.

Requirements

  • Degree in economics
  • 5 years experience in the role (indirect sales)
  • good knowledge of English Language
