About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the platform vision and roadmap for Contact Centre, Knowledge & Content Management and Decision & Content Generation, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Collaborate across the organization to leverage reusable capabilities and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans, including backlog prioritization, feature breakdown, and release management.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery, from concept through adoption and value realization, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale platform initiatives and influence across all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, able to simplify complexity and inspire action.
  • Expertise in Agile delivery, backlog management, and prioritization.
  • Experience with Contact Centre, Knowledge, Content, Decision Management platforms (e.g., AWS Connect, Salesforce, CP4BA) and low-code SaaS solutions.
