Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Director IT Strategy & Governance
- Support the intake, assessment, prioritization, and planning of IT initiatives
- Coordinate Project Approval and Portfolio Review rituals
- Monitor project execution against scope, schedule, budget, and expected benefits
- Provide structured reporting, insights, and portfolio analytics
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of Portfolio data
- Maintain and communicate the IT Project Roadmap
- Design, implement, and improve Portfolio Management processes
- Deliver training, guidance, and coaching to Project Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Economics, Information Technology, Management Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT Portfolio Management, PMO, Project Governance, or similar roles supporting multiple IT projects/programs in a complex organizational environment
- Proficiency with Portfolio Management tools (preferably ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management – SPM or similar PPM platforms)
- Experience with reporting, data visualization, and dashboarding tools (ideally Power BI)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
