About the role

  • IT Project Portfolio Manager at Campari Group, aligning IT initiatives with business goals and maximizing technology investments. Leading project monitoring, reporting, and governance to ensure effective execution.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Senior Director IT Strategy & Governance
  • Support the intake, assessment, prioritization, and planning of IT initiatives
  • Coordinate Project Approval and Portfolio Review rituals
  • Monitor project execution against scope, schedule, budget, and expected benefits
  • Provide structured reporting, insights, and portfolio analytics
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of Portfolio data
  • Maintain and communicate the IT Project Roadmap
  • Design, implement, and improve Portfolio Management processes
  • Deliver training, guidance, and coaching to Project Managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Economics, Information Technology, Management Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in IT Portfolio Management, PMO, Project Governance, or similar roles supporting multiple IT projects/programs in a complex organizational environment
  • Proficiency with Portfolio Management tools (preferably ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management – SPM or similar PPM platforms)
  • Experience with reporting, data visualization, and dashboarding tools (ideally Power BI)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
