About the role

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using:
- Node.js + Express (OR) Golang
- Having Angular or React is good

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with appropriate unit tests.

- Participate in requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Analyze data and application behavior to improve performance and reliability.
- Debug production issues and provide long-term fixes.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for coding, testing, code reviews, and problem-solving—while ensuring correctness and security.
- Optional: Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Angular.

Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Strong backend experience with:
- Node.js + Express (OR) Golang frameworks (AND) Python
- Experience in designing and building scalable, high-availability applications.
- Experience with cloud-native or microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, such as:
- EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS (or similar)
- Solid understanding of:
- REST APIs
- Authentication & authorization
- Error handling & logging
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Mocha, Jest, or equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven thinking.
- Experience using AI tools as part of the software development lifecycle (No Blind trust in AI-generated code).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
