About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the product manager to steer the product in the right direction
- Creating and maintaining the technical roadmap by guiding software architects and participating in our increment planning
- Running the Product Architecture Board where architectural decisions are taken within the product
- Being part of the Enterprise Architecture team, setting guidelines and principles for architecture and technology at Cambio
Requirements
- Technical background, preferably as an architect
- Leadership experience, preferably as an informal leader
- Comfortable presenting and interacting with stakeholders at various levels, from developers to CIOs
- Experience presenting and communicating ideas, visions, or guidelines at various levels to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in Swedish and English
