Responsibilities
Provides project management and customer service support to donors and funders across the Foundation.
Coordinates across teams including Grants Management, Finance, Philanthropy and Programs.
Provides administrative and project management support for engagement, cultivation, and stewardship of key constituents.
Highly responsive to donor, funder, and other constituent requests.
Manages programs in collaboration with multiple departments, ensuring stewardship and cultivation efforts are executed on time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Three to five years related experience required, with a minimum of three years database (e.g Raiser’s Edge) and donor services experience.
Strong knowledge of grantmaking processes and the nonprofit community in Los Angeles County.
Minimum of three years’ experience with Blackbaud software and willingness to learn appropriate database, spreadsheet and other computer programs.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
