Responsibilities

Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
Demonstrated experience leading data science or advanced analytics teams with a track record of building or managing predictive models and optimization tools.
Experience working with or supporting revenue management, pricing, forecasting, or yield optimization functions (hospitality or similar industry strongly preferred).
Superior skills in SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R.
Strong ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling recommendations for senior executives.
Proven leadership capabilities including team development, stakeholder management, prioritization, and execution.
Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
High standards of integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, Economics, or related technical field.
7+ years of professional experience in analytics and/or data science, including revenue‑related applications.
Experience designing or deploying revenue management or price optimization systems.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Prior experience in gaming, hospitality, travel, or retail industries.
Familiarity with A/B testing, uplift modeling, and statistical experimentation.
