Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of issuing Service Invoices (NFS-e) via SAP S/4HANA.
- Process fixed and variable billings (billing for hours consumed on projects and media investment pass-throughs).
- Monitor customer receipts.
- Track balances of media pass-throughs.
- Perform accounting reconciliation of customer receipts and media pass-through payments.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel.
- Service Billing Knowledge: Experience issuing NFS-e and a basic understanding of withholding taxes (ISS, PIS, COFINS, CSLL).
- Analytical profile: Ability to manage variable billings (hourly billing or investment pass-throughs), ensuring no detail is lost between the contract and the invoice.
- Professional communication: Ability to interact with finance departments of large clients and resolve issues clearly and decisively.
