Responsibilities
- Material master coordination: Align material master data with our sister company and ensure a consistent data foundation
- Item changes: Technical review, documentation, and clarification of item changes
- Process optimization (ERP): Support the development and standardization of the item creation process in the ERP system
- Master data maintenance: Update and quality-assure item descriptions, CDFs, purchaser texts, and technical documents
- General support: Administrative tasks, reporting and analyses, supplier communication, and day-to-day operational support
Requirements
- Enrolled in a technical or business-related degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering)
- Good knowledge of MS Office; ERP experience is a plus
- Analytical mindset
- Technical understanding and basic commercial knowledge
- Ideally available for 40 hours per week for 6 months
- Independent, reliable, and committed work style
- Good German and English language skills
